A fair & helpful company to deal with

Everything about Policy Review (PR) is easy. I normally shop around each year for home insurance because, as an existing customer, the renewal quotes with other insurance companies rose sky high. I didn’t feel the need to do so this year as, despite the rate of inflation at the time, PR’s renewal quote reflected a small but fair & manageable increase. The website is very easy to use and the insurance application was very smooth. I was with PR a few years ago when I was renovating my house and spoke with a very helpful customer service agent who advised me on what I needed to do by way of notification to PR of the work being done. Simple, Clear, Affordable and Effective

We search for home insurance that was appropriate for the level of cover we needed on comparison sites. Policy Expert came in as one of the cheapest and ticked on the boxes we needed and made provision for bikes and jewellery etc. Navigating the website was easy and the speed at which we were able to get cover was good.
