Home insurance

I first found Policy Expert when I did a comparison search for home insurance ( about 3 years ago). They came out the cheapest with more cover than some of the other main providers. Easy to set up & renew policy (twice)with no hassle. I have not had a claim on my policy so can't comment on their efficiency in handling claims. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

In todays market loyality is usually forgotten about with existing customers and getting a renewal quote which is competitive or even cheaper than another provider is not common. Policy Expert provided renewal quote which has been one either cheaper or close to other companies. Being able to just let the renewal go through instead of swapping & changing things due to having been quoted a far higher price makes life smooch easier....more companies should start being loyal to existing customers.
