In todays market loyality is usually forgotten about with existing customers and getting a renewal quote which is competitive or even cheaper than another provider is not common. Policy Expert provided renewal quote which has been one either cheaper or close to other companies. Being able to just let the renewal go through instead of swapping & changing things due to having been quoted a far higher price makes life smooch easier....more companies should start being loyal to existing customers. I love Policy Expert. My motor policy could not be simpler and provides me with great cover at an affordable price. I had an incident where someone reversed into me and I was looked after all the way with complete repairs and a quality replacement vehicle. Cannot fault the service provided.
