Great hassle free home insurance

I was recommended Policy Expert when I bought my current home four years ago, I have to say it’s value for money, hassle free service and great coverage. I’m not one to utilise insurance unless it’s fit a major claim or at least one that justifies making one and when I did make a justified claim it was dealt with speedily, hassle free and the outcome was exactly what I neeeded. Good value for money

They beat our previous home insurer by over £150 a year and the policy was pretty much the same. The only niggle was they they sent two pages of follow up questions, which could’ve been answered in one question, Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Only small increase for second year.

Easy to apply on line, or telephone. Only a small increase in cost for second year with them. Fortunately I have not had to claim so I don’t know how that would be handled but hopefully a claim would be resolved efficiently. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Never again

Almost impossible to contact, then whenever you do pushed from pillar to post, trinity looks after claims , very unprofessional . Will never use them AGAIN…….. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Responsive and prompt... after you make contact!

Straightforward offering, simple to understand product. Customer service can be painful to get to on the phone, but once you do make contact, they are pretty prompt, responsive and helpful. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023

Good cover, good price and no silly increases
