Home Insurance

I was pleasantly surprised when I contacted this company to cancel my home insurance as I was moving home to live with my daughter and her family. Somehow my call got cut off before I had finished the conversation, but this guy called me back straight away. A rare occurrence these days. 10 out of 10 from me for customer service. Good solid service and good prices

Overall a good solid service and good prices given my previous insurer was bumping my renewal costs in the usual (you've stayed with us so let's milk it) way. Insurer's need to stop this out of date practise. I hope during my renewal next year, Policy Expert will gain that last star! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2022

Excellent service, easy to use & helpful

i was unsure if to proceed with the insurance as a first time home buyer or keep looking, however policy expert spoke with me on the phone and ran through everything with me breaking it down making it easier to understand, the person i spoke with was very helpful and polite and i proceeded to get my insurance with policy expert, also a paper copy for my records was sent to my home, this was a good and easy experience Reviewed on: 2nd September 2022
