Extremely helpful

We took a policy out, and bought a suprise bit of jewelry for my partner and needed to add it to the policy, I rang up and within 8 minutes which was the entire phone call duration, I'd cancelled the old policy which had not yet started and taken out a new one with the added 5k jewelry item.
