Great value with a few hiccups

Great price with free home emergency and free legal cover. Had to call up a few times because the policy had been set up with my husband's name twice and my name had been erased but they were quick to fix Reviewed on: 26th August 2018

1st time buyer very happy

I've never bought home insurance before so my knowledge was minimal and I was mindful of not being taken advantage of because of it. However, the customer service representatives were open and honest and at no point did I feel that I had to take out a policy if I didn't want to. We went through many options with different insurance companies and I chose the Policy Expert policy as it was the most comprehensive and the best priced. Will deffo reccommend to friends and family.
