Cusomer service and process made simple and easy

Taking out Home insurance with Policy Expert was a quick, simple and easy process that made life so much more pleasant. Everything I needed was readily available on the website but what was more reassuring was the ways in which Policy Expert could be contacted. I have found many providers/services are requesting queries to be made via email on online services and make it very difficult to find a phone number to speak directly to a representative. However, with Policy Expert, all that was available plus their number was clearly displayed if you needed to contact the company and speak to someone over the phone. It was actually time for my renewal around 7 days ago and I had found a more competitive quote elsewhere. Therefore I went down the usual channels and contacted Policy Expert via telephone. My call was answered very promptly and the representative I spoke to could not have been more friendlier or helpful. He was able to review the quote that was initially given and provided me with a better quote. The crux of this is that he in no way pressured me to buy the quote there and then and was actually more than helpful in order to cater to my needs. And this was very reassuring. I cannot fault the customer service or the service Policy Expert offer as a whole and would highly recommend them over any other company in the same market. I wish never to have to call them to make a claim, however I do feel reassured that if I do need to make a claim, it will be dealt with very professionally and Policy Expert will assist me as best as they can. Hassle free & competitive pricing

We have insured our house & contents with Policy Expert for a few years now, and each renewal quote has been competitive, with renewal hassle free. I have no plans to go elsewhere, even after trying the various price comparison websites. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

Big savings
