Quick, easy and light on the pocket

This is my second year of having buildings and contents insurance through Policy Expert. Easy to apply online and competitive with others. Reviewed on: 7th July 2018

Some difficulty renewing

Previously with policy expert, was called to offer renewal and offered reduced price from original renewal quote. Has some building work done so was sent a form to update the policy. Once this was sent back the renewal date had passed and was then told the quote had increased by £40. Felt this wasn't made clear and he person I spoke to was unable to offer the same quote. Knowledgeable professional staff, good prices

My insurance was put up the second year, having called them to cancel and having had no previous claims they went through some offers with me and I ended up staying with them, the gentleman was professional and knew his stuff. I was pleased with the thorough service. Reviewed on: 7th July 2018

Go for it

Having tracked round the sites for a good reasonable priced house insurance I came across Policy Expert . So far I had to claim on the FREE emergency cover ,nothing was a problem ,boiler fixed next day . All the policy dockuments arrived in a couple of days ,had a wee querie but was resolved in minutes Highly recommend Policy Expert ! Reviewed on: 6th July 2018
