A bit garbled

Usually very clear and good value. This time, I found it all a bit rushed with the operator speaking far too quickly. There is so much information and caveats to take on board now...it's almost impossible to keep up. Too much 'up-selling going on too..... Reviewed on: 27th June 2018

Good price & easy to manage

I always compare the insurance market when renewal time comes around and yet again Policy Expert have come out on top, saving me the trouble of moving insurer. Only a minimal increase from last year. Long may it continue. Reviewed on: 27th June 2018

Cancelled auto renewal in writing but they still renewed it anyway!

The title tells the story. However they did respond quickly, were very apologetic and cancelled the policy immediately. Never happened with any other company previously though! Reviewed on: 26th June 2018

Easy renewal and not significant price increase
