Very satisfied with the service

I had received a letter through near my renewal and called up and got an amazing deal. The person I spoke to was so helpful and talked me through all the policy and any concerns I had to get the right one for me. Good Experience

Couldn't have been easier!

A bit garbled

Usually very clear and good value. This time, I found it all a bit rushed with the operator speaking far too quickly. There is so much information and caveats to take on board now...it's almost impossible to keep up. Too much 'up-selling going on too..... Reviewed on: 27th June 2018
