Excellent cover, excellent service, excellent price!

This is the 3rd consecutive year that I have insured my home and contents with Policy Expert. So far I have yet to find the same level of cover with another company for less - this year with all extras like key cover, home emergency, legal expenses, etc. they were still over £15 cheaper than the comparison websites. In previous years Policy Expert have also bettered quotes from elsewhere. Other than at policy renewal, I have not heard anything from them which, in my opinion, is a good thing - no marketing or hard selling phonecalls! When I have spoken with them, their staff have always been clear, concise, professional and friendly. I have no qualms about recommending Policy Expert to friends, family or anyone - in fact, two of my colleagues have also insured their homes and contents with them! Reviewed on: 18th June 2018

Really easy to arrange, clear pricing and fair terms and conditions

Happy with the price and the extras included free of charge such as home emergency and legal cover :) good to see a fair 14 day cancellation period to give you time to read up on he small print where some brokers have charged me £50 in the past! Reviewed on: 16th June 2018

Competitive price and efficient policy renewal

When my policy was up for renewal I compared my renewal quote with a comparison website and was the same price as the the cheapest quote given. It was easy to renew and all documents were emailed immediately. Reviewed on: 15th June 2018
