Excellent service

Fantastic Service

The service I have had over two policies now is fantastic, it is always a very clear and straightforward process to get a quote and set up a policy with Policy Expert. They are very competitive and the staff are very friendly and do not rush you. I intend to stay with policy Experts for all future insurances should they stay competitive. Reviewed on: 5th June 2018

Very good value for money

This is our 2nd year, the renewal quote was a little higher than last year but still came in below the comparison sites. They send out the renewal very early so you have time to shop around and remind you again before implementing. Overall impressed. Reviewed on: 5th June 2018

Brillaint Service and a Fair Price

Just renewed with Policy Expert - happy to say that, unlike many other providers, the renewal price was competitive, so it was just a quick phone call (to change a few account details) and our insurance was all sorted for another year. Reviewed on: 4th June 2018

HOUSE INSURANCE

I thought that I was covered for wind damage, it even met the companies criteria for wind speed the night it happened. They sent a man around to look at damage, as he is not 30 foot tall he could not inspect the damage close up, claim was rejected because he said it was wear and tear ! WTF . The contractors I employed said it was wind damage and was gobsmacked at the wear and tear quote . The nice people on the call desk gave me plenty of sympathy and no money to repair it. The high winds frightened my disabled daughter and also the damage to the house made her cry !. You asked for a review, so there you go. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2018
