Cheap but poor claims experience

Two interactions - 1. Positive when I belatedly advised property was vacant - quick reply and no extra premium required. 2 Negative - when trying to obtain an emergency repair plumber from them - no support, had to arrange repair myself as there was no light in the loft where the water tank leak was and no 'ramsay' ladder but alternative step ladder was available - poor claims experience.
