Good quote & cover, communication not brilliant

Having had a policy with PE a few years ago they have recently written to me trying to encourage me back. As it turns out, an online price comparison search brought them out as the best price for the cover required, so I signed up again. A couple of days later they rang me offering me a competitive quote, apparently unaware that I had just taken out a policy! Very easy to follow and it does not ask stupid questions.

It was straight forward and the questions were short, also easy to answer. Even when you purchase your quotes and then buy, that itself is sometimes scary just in case you put the rong number or something stupid. So yes I'd be happy to tell friends and family. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2018
