Ok service

Customer experience

The call handler was more than helpful and fully explained the product inwas ourchasing and all its features and the added extras, he did not push any of the add ons but offered them in a friendly manner and was more than happy to call back later in the month to see if i wanted to take any out! Value for money

Excellent service

I rang Policy expert to decline my renewal, I spoke with a very knowledgeable customer service agent, he requoted my renewal with extras for virtually the same price as last year, I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the telephone call and the excellent service from the call handler, overall a very good experience.
