Expensive and unwanted renewal

Sent me an expensive renewal quote, for a policy that was worse than I had the previous year. Requested and received confirmation in writing that my policy would not renew, it has done. Sent two messages to policy expert and still awaiting a response to confirm my card will not be charged. Poor customer service! Reviewed on: 29th August 2017
