Choosing new insurance provider

Half the price and more cover than my previous provider after using only 5 minutes of my time. 5 minutes of easy to understand reading. No brainer Reviewed on: 31st August 2017

Efficient website... fair price... includes free basic home emergency cover

My only reservation would be that I have only just taken out this policy and have had no reason to contact Policy Expert other than the original purchase. The Policy Expert website worked well, the price was fair and the policy had features that others lacked e.g. basic home emergency cover for no extra cost. Good customer service but with DD charges

Policy expert have always answered the phone promptly. Never have had any issues. One downside is they force you to take out a credit agreement and pay interest if you want to pay monthly Reviewed on: 31st August 2017

Easiest website to use by far

All jargon explained, really easy to tailor your insurance to suit you. Every thing you need emailed back to you really quickly and you can just log on their website if you lose it and print again which is a bonus if like me you are a it disorganised! Reviewed on: 30th August 2017
