Some bits great!

The renewal paperwork was well explained and had a good outline of the policy. The website was a little less helpful and I found it difficult to find out about the combined building/contents excess. It was probably not the easiest website to navigate? The phone call to customer services was very good and 'David' handled my questions well, and was well able to make the alterations to my policy that I required. I could have got a slightly cheaper policy via a comparison site but those policies did not meet my needs, and overall I felt that the Policy Expert support was good enough to stay with the company. Good customer service... Poor rules.

I've been with policy expert for a year now and have always found their customer service very good and generally been happy...however, I have recently found myself in the position where I needed to add an expensive piece of jewellery to my policy - I was shocked to find that it isn't possible and I would have to cancel the policy and start a new one. A lot of Hassle for one item. Added to the fact that the new policy was considerably more expensive than the one I had. So overall, not totally happy with the company . Reviewed on: 12th August 2017

Great and easy customer experience!

For someone who is a first time home owner, finding companies to get insurance/set up bills with has been pretty daunting. I was beyond happy with my first experience with policy expert, they really explained everything for me and made me feel confident in my choices. Competitive Quote and really easy process

I have just booked home insurance through policy Expert. I did it all online and their quotes beat my current suppliers renewal quote. It was a really easy quote system and they included additional extras that most insurance companies were charging extra for. So far great experience. Reviewed on: 12th August 2017
