Went through all the different types of Insurance and explained everything thoroughly for me. Came out a little more expensive than I thought it would be but compromised and agreed on the price. All in all a satisfied customer. Reviewed on: 5th August 2017

Fast & Efficient Customer Service and Great Cover for a Great Price

Wow !! Searched the web for Home Insurance, filled in the form and selected Policy Expert. I had a question so phoned them up, got straight through on the phone, very friendly and efficient customer service, they completed the application over the phone without having to go back through all the questions. Fantastic cover, everything included for buildings and contents unlike other company's that charge extra for this and that, and a great price. Reviewed on: 4th August 2017

Not only do I get an email reminder but a postal reminder too in plenty of time. Yet again this year, as I have on previous occasions I rang the helpful team and was able to get my questions answered and a fresh quote was done over the phone and payment taken with no hassle. I find your team members very helpful and my policy docs were available to view on your website straight away!
