Prior to credit card arrival , I tried contacting customer service , what a waste of time !!! No one answers the phone and cuts you off . You never speak to anyone , The post Office and Capital One have the same problem, based on this I wouldn’t recommend to anyone . Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

scammed for £30

Random request for id

After having the post office credit card for 8 months and using it regularly I received a letter saying that I needed to send the proof of my id BY POST within 60 days otherwise they would cancel my card. 3 days after receiving this letter my card was blocked and I was unable to access the funds, 18 days before Christmas. I tried reasoning with customer service but after a few seconds of silence on their end they hung up the phone!! I did not swear or raise my voice. I shall be paying off my balance now and closing my account, appalling service and demands. Reviewed on: 7th December 2023

Repayments take forever

I have a post office credit card, when I make repayments it takes an absolute age to show in my available balance... I also have a Zable credit card, when I make a repayment it is immediate, no messing ....... Why on earth can't the post office due this .... it's unacceptable, where does the money go for 4-5 days ...space ! Reviewed on: 23rd November 2023
