Moved all my money across after Vanguard raised fees.

Moved all my money across after Vanguard raised fees. It's a no brainer, I get charged no fees on the basic funds that I was already investing into anyway, and still comes out cheaper if I do want to invest in different funds that aren't free. Transfering out from Vanguard was pretty simple too, they handled everything! Super happy Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Good range of products and great customer service!

I have been using prosper for over a year now. The choice of investment options is excellent, and the customer service is fast and easily accessible (real people too!). They walked me through the ISA transfer process and were available for any query I had. I have recommended Prosper to all of my family and friends. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

No fees, but also no customer service

Opened savings account that went smoothly but isn't intuitive. I have spent the last month trying to open an S&S ISA which still hadn't happened. The one I have to transfer in isn't on their list and it said to fill in a form but didn't link it. Their chatbot said they don't have a form. I managed to get a digital form from customer service but it has a problem which I have contacted customer service twice but 2 weeks later still no call back. My ISA will be going somewhere else as will my future business, unfortuntely no fees is good but not worth it in this case. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
