Reliable, affordable and incredibly easy to deal with

I have insured my 4 1/2 year old Labrador with them as they had amazing reviews and came out with an incredibly low price for life cover. In June she developed her a limp on her left leg, after a couple of appointments at the vets and an x-ray we found that she had injured her knee, all I had to do was complete a simple form and pass to the vets for the claim. It was incredibly easy to complete and that was all I had to do, the insurance company have arranged everything else direct with the vets, making the experience as simple and stress free as possible. Efficient and fast claim process

I’ve only been a Purely Pets customer for a year and have had to claim for the first time for my dog. You hear lots of bad reports about pet insurance in general but I needn’t have worried. My claims have been handled quickly and I was kept fully informed along the way by email and text. I like the plain English of my policy and don’t feel I’m being tripped up with the literature.
