I have had to claim for both my cats more times than I would like, but the customer service has been superb and I have always received service over and above what I could have expected. Helpful and Supportive plus quick and easy to make claims

We have our two rescue cats insured with Purely Pets, they have a range of insurance options to cover all pockets. Inclusion and exclusion criteria are clear so it's easy to work out which plan is best for your needs. If ever you do need to claim it's quick and easy to do so, and so far, any claims we have been able to make have been covered and sent direct to our account within a matter of days. Fantastic pet insurance company

We have been with purely pets for six years. Our dog unfortunately has several long term health problems requiring frequent veterinary treatment. Purely Pets process all claims quickly, the friendly team contact me to discuss any queries and respond quickly to any queries we have. All claims have been settled directly with the vets quickly and i’m updated on the status of each claim. I couldn’t recommend Purely Pets highly enough, they’re great. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019
