Purely Pets have been a cost affordable insurance plan for my pug. With known health issues a lot of insurers put up the costs for a pug from the age of 5 so I like to shop around and make sure that what I’m paying for will also be the best for J, and that any previous issues are covered. I’m pleased with how good value for money they are and how as I’m lucky I haven’t had any issues with J, but I know that the rate isn’t going to sky rocket! Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

Overall very good insurers

We have 3 pets insured, 2 we have never claimed on (as yet, hopefully never!) but for the 1 we have had to claim on, we found Purely Pets easy to deal with, rarely did they quibble on paying for treatment, vet fees etc, when they did it was explained why something was being rejected, we found those reasons reasonable and fair.
