Overall very good insurers

We have 3 pets insured, 2 we have never claimed on (as yet, hopefully never!) but for the 1 we have had to claim on, we found Purely Pets easy to deal with, rarely did they quibble on paying for treatment, vet fees etc, when they did it was explained why something was being rejected, we found those reasons reasonable and fair. One of the best reasonably priced pet insurances I have ever had

Prompt payout

I cannot comment on competitiveness as with an 18 year old cat I am locked into Purely Pets as nobody will cover her pre-existing condition, but Purely Pets are continuing cover and paying claims promptly. However the Premium was adjusted by them at the last annual renewal and if it continues to escalate I might not be able to afford another year. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019
