I have been with purely pets for a number of years now and on a few occasions i have had to claim through purely for my Dog Mitzy. Purely have always been extremely helpful, friendly and my claims have always been efficiently dealt with and have answered my queries promptly, hence why i continue to renew my policy with purely. No Fuss Life cover at a fair price

It was genuinely really simple to insure our dog with Purely Pets, there was an issue with the name of the insured person however this was resolved quickly. We haven’t had any reason to contact purely pets but we are happy with the level of cover and cost, not to mention the minimal increase year in year! Reviewed on: 14th September 2020
