Scam artists

This company are scam artists. Happy to take your money but have an accident and they don't want to know. Can't contact by phone, they don't answer, they don't respond to emails, they don't respond to complaints, I had my car mirror knocked off by a truck in April 18, contacted quote me happy told to contact third party and not quote me happy, I have fully comp and legal cover with quote me happy. To cut a long story short is now July 18 quote happy didn't bother to contact third party, won't let me pay excess to repair car, won't repair my car, have closed my claim, told me to contact their solicitors, did this to be told by the solicitors that they can only help me claim back my excess or personal jury, as quote me happy won't let me pay excess to have car repair, I'm out of pocket £300. so insurance as cost me this year for my car over £500, DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Took away all the stress!

I am with them at the moment - and this is my second year with them. I was in an accident whilst with them - i was hit from behind whilst stationary - so really wasn't my fault. They have been excellent. Really really good. They were so supportive during my accident and gave me a direct dial for a team member so I could call anytime for updates. My convertible merc was only 1 year old and i was really upset - they ensured I was provided with another equally lovely car during the time my car was being repaired. Just everything was excellent. The price is low and enticing, this is because they don't have a call centre which sounds like a bonus. I have had a non fault incident recently and this joke of an insurance have not bothered to try contacting me (nor do they pick up on their accident line) in regards to the incident, instead I keep receiving emails saying they "unable to answer any queries regarding existing claims". The phone call I was promised after the incident never happened, and I am unable to get a hold of these people. All thanks to this company my premium has raised by £200 and I'm having to deal with the damage done to my car by myself. Their name should be "Quoteandscrewme.com". Reviewed on: 28th January 2018

tried to tag insurance on to existing policy and then did a search, found that the search came back with a lot cheaper quote than tagging on to existing insurance policy that was supposed to give a 10% discount quote me happy was backed by a recognised insurance provider so a no brainer will come back again on renewal to try out Reviewed on: 10th August 2017
