I renewed with this company but why?!.

I renewed with this company and I can say the service I have received this time wasn’t the greatest. I called serval times for them to change my address even when changing it online and being charged an admin fee for it. Unfortunately my car was written off by another driver and it took 3months to get this sorted. I understand they had to deal with the other insurance company which took full blame of the accident so I am not sure why it took so long to deal with it. I had to chase and make complaints to get a response from anyone from any team as emails were not being answered. In one of my complaint I got a phone call and was offered a compensation sum to help sort out my complaint. And guess what?! I am still waiting for the payment which has now been over a month. Trying to get someone to talk to me or answer me has been very difficult. I decided not to renew this time and I was quick enough to get documents and for them to wash their hands of me but I am really not happy with the service I received. Out of this whole experience I had one really helpful lady Gemma who actually seems like she cared. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend anyone to join Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024

After being with ByMiles for 4 years they told me they could not insure me anymore with only a month to shop around. I was worried that I would find all other options to be too expensive and yet I found a better policy for the same low fee that I was used to for low miles at Quotemehappy.com and felt ever so relieved and happy to have found their product which covers everything I need. Quote Me Happy makes me very happy indeed!

I have been with Quote Me Happy for a number of years. This is an online only policy and simple to set up and use. I do annually check to see if my prices are competitive and this company are exceeding my expectations. I am particularly keen on them as they are backed by big name Aviva but giving us cutting edge prices as we are setting up our own policies and managing them. This is how online should work and I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Many of my friends and relatives have also switched over to this site. We are all happy!! Good price

QuoteMeHappy have been the cheapest provider on the market for me 2 years running. My only issue would be with the connect rewards programme. It is quite inconsistent with actually giving points every week. But I am still relatively happy with the service as I am able to claim a £20 voucher from a choice of many stores. Stay tf away.

Absolutely disgraceful company, the points system deducts a random amount for every offence, eg one drive has 4 "hard brakes" and 97/100 and another had 1 "hqrd brake" and had 61/100. No customer service to speak to it's all automated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Stay away from this insurance company!

Stay away from this insurance company!!! Ive tried for a whole week to get into contact with anyone but have not been able to do so. The email that we are told to contact if needed anything does not respond to you at all let alone in the timeframe provided by them on when to expect a reply. I was told to contact them within 7 days to provide my v5 document and reason for vehicle change, or risk having my policy cancelled yet i have not received any response or help by anyone. I replied to the email on the exact same day i received it but still waiting for reply. They are able to reply straight away when someone leaves a negative review but when asked for genuine help theyre nowhere to be seen. Can someone please contact me and help me with my issue.
