Stay away from this insurance company!

Stay away from this insurance company!!! Ive tried for a whole week to get into contact with anyone but have not been able to do so. The email that we are told to contact if needed anything does not respond to you at all let alone in the timeframe provided by them on when to expect a reply. I was told to contact them within 7 days to provide my v5 document and reason for vehicle change, or risk having my policy cancelled yet i have not received any response or help by anyone. I replied to the email on the exact same day i received it but still waiting for reply. They are able to reply straight away when someone leaves a negative review but when asked for genuine help theyre nowhere to be seen. Can someone please contact me and help me with my issue. Pathetic conduct

Policy did not renew automatically - my fault for not noticing this. However, a new quote immediately (as in, just after midnight) was 50% higher than the renewal quote! You are providing THE SAME COVER to THE SAME CAR over THE SAME TIME PERIOD! Absolutely pathetic conduct, morally bankrupt little company with zero respect for loyal customers and an imbecilic approach to business. You lost my custom for DECADES. Covers nothing

Very bad coverage, doesn't even cover if your car breaks down in the UK, although I was told that it is supposed to cover EU, they give you a RAC number but then RAC says you have to pay! Reviewed on: 25th November 2023

Awful

I have changed insurance companies to someone new every year I’ve been driving and I have to say, Quote me Happy is the worst insurer I have been with. They lack communication. On hold for a hour at a time and constantly being passed to ‘a manger’. It takes them 2-3weeks to respond to an email. Reviewed on: 6th October 2023

Reasonable price, clear policy details, plenty of options.

Good website to use. Price compared well. Plenty of warning of renewal date. Policies backed by Aviva, so a big secure company provides the cover. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

They up the rates excessively each year

Been with them a few years. Good level of cover and easy to deal with if you don't mind on line self serve. But for last 2 years they have upped the rate out of line with the market. Have now departed to new provider with equal level of cover and £100 cheaper. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Efficient renewal, quite competitive

Early quote for renewal enabled comparison search. Competitive price amongst known brands, though some smaller brands were cheaper. Have not needed to trigger the insurance since purchase, so no other contact. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023
