I have only really interacted with RCI online, so can't say much about customer service. The account opening process was simple and online management is good. Perhaps the online interface could be a bit easier to use, but otherwise it's a good experience. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2025

I don’t have to waste hours shopping around for the best interest rate as RCI are always at or around the best. All the other banks and building societies I have to wait sometimes twenty minutes for them to answer the phone before getting through to somebody to speak to but RCI pick up and don’t leave you hanging on.
