Good rates helpful when needed.

The interest rates have always been very competitive. When we needed to release some money in an emergency situation before the notice period they were very understanding and obliging withour compromising my security or imposing any penalties.They are quick to increase savings rate when rates rise, and do not rush to lower them when they fall.
