Have been with RCI for many years and have found the online service excellent and easy to speak to someone if you have a query . Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

Relatively good interest rates and good ease of access.

I like RCI savings accounts because they offer relatively good interest rates and maintain these even if the account goes below the initial qualifying deposit. If the interest rate varies, they do this for existing customers as well as new ones. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2022

A Nice Cash Cache

A nice place to hold savings cash and earn interest at better rates than the majority of other banks. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2022

Greatrates

Does What I Need It To

This was the best available savings rate when I needed to move savings accounts. I like being able to move money when I need it for large expenses like tuition. But it does take a while for money to move and I do find it frustrating that I cannot have two savings accounts linked to two other accounts (they have to be linked to the same one account). Satisfied and would recommend..

I'm mostly happy. Recommended to my youngest daughter. Haven't checked in for a while. Should look at the mobile app but have not touched this money so maybe better for me to continue the way I have with no mobile app. Frustrated that the interest rate has gone down and down.
