Good service for online banking

RCI Bank provide a very thorough service and have several accounts with them. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Consistently good service.

I find RCI easy to deal with, nice uncomplicated website, fair rates of interest, basically a no hassle account which counts for a lot. In these uncertain times being able to access your account without leaving the house takes a lot of strain away from your financial dealings. Great customer service

Reliable service, secure and simple

Best Bank

I find RCI Bank extremely easy to deal with. If you ask a question through the internet they always answer( not the same as some banks). Nothing appears to be a problem and this Bank is a credit to the Banking fraternity. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Quick & Easy

Very happy to keep my savings here for when needed quickly. The paying in and out is swift and easy to follow. RCI also passes on interest changes to all members. not just new members. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Fits All My Criteria

Have been an RCI Bank customer for over 5 years. They appear the last to reduce interest rates and first to increase them. Internet access and a functioning app enhance the benefits as well as ease in opening and closing accounts and customising them cosmetically. I am a very happy customer.
