As good as it currently gets!!

Have found my RCI account easy to manage. I particularly like the fact that when the rates improve they pass that benefit on to existing customers rather than simply to entice new savers. Have found them to be helpful and courteous if needing assistance. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

A reliable and customer-friendly bank

RCI bank has always been reliable and offers all the facilities within its Freedom Account that you could ever want. The internet access is very easy to navigate around with all the expected choices.
