So easy to transfer money backwards and forwards between my accounts. I have full faith in their banking system and their interest rate is good to although not the highest but I'm still satisfied with RCI. Good luck RCI I hope you win the award. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

Super easy and human service

Of all my accounts i find this the most flexible and easiest to access and use. Great online interface and access but also really swift customer service support when required. Feels more user focussed and less corporate than many banks. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
