An excellent "Which" magazine recommendation!

Great service

I was recommended RCI bank from a family member, from the outset it was very easy to set up and transfer/withdraw money. Once I had an issue regarding a deposit but after calling the RCI team they resolved the issue within minutes of me calling. Would 100% recommend. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

Untrained investor

I have not needed to contact for support so cannot comment on their performance. I would prefer if the interest rate was nearer the top of the market to save moving money just to get a better rate of return. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
