A great Bank with great support.

The RCI Bank keeps up to date with interest rate changes; the app is easy to use, as is the online account check. On the few times that I’ve needed to phone the bank with questions, I’ve always found the staff very friendly and able to resolve my queries quickly. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Easy access to savings and reasonable interest rate.

Not the highest interest rate in the market but close so don’t need to keep moving my savings around. Instant online access to my savings when needed and process is strait forward. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

First Class Bank

I have three RCI accounts. All provide good rates of interest and are easy to operate. In all the years I have held these accounts, I have only once had to contact customer services. The matter was quickly resolved. My only complaint is the inability to change the nominated account, although I haven’t tried customer services. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
