I like the easy to manage app plus the opportunity to easily contact customer services if needed. RCI are very fair with interest rates making sure that existing customers are given the same rate as new customers. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

A great Bank with great support.

The RCI Bank keeps up to date with interest rate changes; the app is easy to use, as is the online account check. On the few times that I’ve needed to phone the bank with questions, I’ve always found the staff very friendly and able to resolve my queries quickly. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
