RCI have seen the most improvements over the last few years than any other bank I've used. Their services and features seem to keep getting better and the internet rates are usually higher than other similar accounts. I've convinced friends to open with RCI because of how pleased I am. A first rate bank.

I am a relatively new customer opening an account in September 2025. My experience has been very positive. This account was opened very easily and straightforward. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand and was completed in no time at all. Since then I receive regular communications regarding my account. Couldn't ask for more.
