Easy savings! I have several savings accounts, but RCI's online user interface just makes everything easy. Their great customer services is the icing on the cake. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2025

Amazing customer service

Great interest rates on my savings account and very good customer service. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

The most honest, trustworthy, customer focused bank

To put it simply, i change banks regularly to find the best interest rate. However, i have found my permanent home at RCI. Not only is the customer service exceptional but the interest rates are market leading and on offer to all customers new and old. I am currently looking at moving my 40 year old current account to RCI. I cant praise them highly enough. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

A great online banking experience

Easy to use online banking site, an even easier to use mobile app. I was especially impressed with RCI when my savings accounts interest rate increased before the BoE increased their interest rate. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Easy to Use and Market Leading Interest

I have banked with RCI for a few years now and love the ease of online access and support. Also their interest rates are as good as most in the market, albeit way to low. Security is also very good. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
