The Freedom Savings Account is an instant access online account that consistently provides good interest rates with easy management via website and phone app. It is even better now that it uses the Faster Payment System for withdrawals. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Good customer service staff processes seem dated

I have banked with RCI for over 9 years and am thoroughly satisfied with the Service. On the rare occasions that I have used Customer service, I have found them to be responsive, friendly and helpful.
