I feel appreciated.

RCI doesn’t bombard me with emails. It’s user friendly, the website is easy to navigate and all the info I require on a day to day is quickly available to me. I like the fact it’s not one of the major banks, it has a ‘small’ feel (although it’s not) and that makes me feel my business is appreciated. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
