Straightforward initial application, which was speedy, reliable and uncomplicated. Excellent communication throughout and since. I'm satisfied that I am being rewarded with competitive interest rates, so I am not wasting time shopping for competitors and alternatives. Seamless online banking experience, accessible without excessive jargon leading to greater clarity and a simplified experience which is much welcomed especially by customers who may find internet banking more challenging. High interest rates giving fantastic rewards on my savings whilst having immediate access to those savings should i need to gives me the utmost confidence in RCI and overall satisfaction that I made the right choice upon recommendation by a trusted friend. Best bank I deal with they are brilliant.

They are easy to contact my email or phone and they answer phone promptly not leave you in a queue. Very helpful customer services. Also more importantly they don’t leave you with a low savings rate and increase it the same as new accounts. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025

They keep it simple

Mostly i' like the simplicity of my account with the bank. The website is clear, the login effective but uncomplicated, and all dealings with them are clear and easy to navigate. I have had accounts with other banks, and none are as easy to navigate as my RCI one. I am 80 years old, and I appreciate dealing with people who do not overcomplicate, while at the same time feel reassuringly a safe place for my banking. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025
