I am always impressed by the honesty of this bank, in advising us individually of regrettable but necessary reductions in interest and similarly in increases. These seem to be in advance of other banks and although I do keep an eye on rates of other banks and building societies, I do not feel I really need to. I trust them. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
