Excellent service all round.

I have used RCI Freedom Savings for a number of years and find making deposits and withdrawals very straightforward. I also opened and account for my Mother whilst acting as her LPA and all the telephone contact I had with the RCI team during the set up and later following my Mother's death couldn't have been easier. Every time I have contacted them, their support has been excellent. They have listened to feedback and acted on it appropriately and positively. I wish their savings rates were higher - but then I wish my bills were lower…. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
