Easy and convenient online banking

My online account is so easy and convenient to use. I can transfer money in and out with complete ease. It is very quick and efficient. I get notifications regarding all transactionz. This gives me total confidence in my online banking App experience. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

A clear and easy to use app.

A clear and easy to use app. The one time I’ve had to ring with an enquiry (accidentally locked out of my account) I was able to speak to someone I could understand who talked me through the reset. This is not my best performing bank. I have other similar accounts with a higher rate of interest and one that also gives occasional rewards and bonuses which are very incentivising. Easy account with good rates.

Easy to use account with good rates. The only issue is there is not instant transfer for moderate amount of money into my own linked bank account. Surely this is a standard banking practice in 2025 and sometimes waiting extra time when you need to pay a large bill it’s very frustrating. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025
