Limited knowledge of customer service.

I have never had to use their customer service phone numbers, the app does it all. I was pleased when they speeded up withdrawals. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Reliable, high-rate, easy-access savings - recommended

I've used RCI for around 10 years. They've consistently paid towards the higher end of interest available on an easy-access savings account (though not always the absolute highest) and the rate doesn't drop after a set period of time so there's less of a need to switch constantly.
