Easy to use app and good rates.

Easy to use app and good rates. Opening accounts has been easy too. I have had no issues with RCI bank over the last few years I have had accounts with them. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Happy Customer

Never had a problem with RCI, no queuing on the phones for customer service and you get your money on the same day you put you request in. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Not happy that on opening a joint account on line

Not happy that on opening a joint account on line with my Husband we had a delay because we had to fiil in a form provided by mail even though we already had an account with you and all we really wanted to do was open a new account with money from the existing a/c. Our experience with other banks is that all we have to do is provide our existing anccount number. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
