Great saving accout

I opened this saving account during hard financial Times during COVID with a 0.2% interest. It was the best one at the time and has recently risen to 0.4% which is great. I like to know my money is safe, am getting interest on it and I can access it any time I wish. My phone has locked me out of the account several times, the helpline is brilliant and I've never been on hold longer than 5 minutes. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Simply Banking as it should be

Too many of the so called high street Banks deliver at best shoddy customer service. My overall experience with RCI has been nothing short of a pleasure, decent market rates, real people to speak with instead of useless robotic chat services. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be treated like a name and number, really great to deal with. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
