Terrible customer service.

I've used Revolut for 9 months and all very good to until we wanted to move money to family member. After 4 days and constantly answering the same question over & over again we finally managed the transaction. It seems Revolut like to have your money but not let you move It the AI chat bot is more sympathetic than call centre advisor. Excellent banking app

As an ageing tech dinosaur wanting to dabble with investing in crypto and stocks, the Revolut banking app is a total godsend. Very easy to open the account , start trading and have relative peace of mind with security. Plenty of help and advice , not to mention the abundance of offers and perks that the different grades of account offer. The fees are competitive as is the interest rates on savings.
